Imps payment transfer tab not found sometimes ### 1/5 — Horrible interface *2024-06-26* Looks like they have not hired a professional company to develop their mobile banking app. Some highschool student must have designed and developed this app. There is no user experience and no customer journey. Every time in order to go back, you have to come to the main menu. Says “JSONObject [pin] not a string” error. Plz resolve I am unable to track my debits and credits. Even with the correct login credentials it locks you out sometimes. If you entered a wrong letter or number, you have to restart the app to proceed. I need assistance from the team but did not get any response.
