## What is Ujob?

Ujob — campus recruiting and career coaching, built for Chinese students studying abroad and returning graduates.

Looking for your first job shouldn't mean figuring it out alone. Ujob puts resume tools, real campus job postings, and one-on-one coaching from working professionals in one place.

■ One-on-one coaching with real people
Book experts with hiring experience at major tech companies for resume review, mock interviews, and career planning. Experts set their own rates. Sessions run by phone or video at a time you both agree on.

■ Built for overseas students and returnees
Whether the interviewer has worked with international candidates, how many they have coached, whether the role sponsors visas, whether it is open only to new graduates — the details that are hard to find elsewhere.

■ AI resume check
Get a structured read on your resume in about half a minute: an overall rating, per-dimension scores, what already works, and what to strengthen.
The AI only works from what you have actually written. It never invents experience for you — suggestions are limited to presenting your real background more clearly, or prompting you to add information you already have.

■ Real campus roles
Positions entered by recruiters, with salary, city, headcount, and whether the role is restricted to new graduates shown up front.

Coaching is paid with credits. Browsing jobs and experts does not require an account.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-20

Direct messaging
• Chat with employers and career experts inside the app. Phone number / WeChat ID stay hidden until both sides agree to exchange them.
• Push notifications for new messages.

AI assistant — four new capabilities
• Profile interview: a short guided chat that turns your own words into a structured profile.
• Auto-reply: answers recruiters for you while you are away, using only facts you confirmed yourself.
• Opportunity report: summarises the openings discussed across your conversations.
• Job-fit analysis: compares a job post with your resume and quotes the exact lines each point is based on.

Account
• Reset your password by email; show-password toggle on every sign-in form.

Plus bug fixes and stability improvements.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-08-14

Clearer application progress.

· Three new statuses: Recommended to employer, Offer received, and Not selected this round. Until now, the step where your resume gets put in front of the hiring team was invisible in the app — you would sit at "Viewed" with no further news.
· The progress bar goes from four steps to five, with "Recommended" added in the middle.
· The "Has an outcome" filter now works off the actual status instead of whether the recruiter left a note, so an offer with no written comment is no longer missed.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-13

· The attachments page can now turn a PDF or Word file into a structured online resume directly — you are asked right after the upload, and a resume is created for you if you do not have one yet. Previously this was only reachable after creating a resume first.
· When resume parsing, export, or the AI review fails, the app now says what actually went wrong (took too long / no connection / you left the page / blocked by the network) instead of always showing a generic network error.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-12

· New app icon. The offset "misregistration" effect has been removed throughout the app — several users told us it was hard on the eyes.
· System date and time pickers now match the rest of the interface instead of falling back to English.
· Job listings now state the pay period (monthly / daily / annual), so figures can't be misread.
· Expert side, "Publish available time": the confirm button is pinned in the navigation bar, the default time no longer lands in the middle of the night, and the exact slot you are about to publish is spelled out before you tap.
· Fixed: time slots that have already passed no longer show up as bookable.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-12

Salary now shows currency and unit (K / 10K), so it's clear at a glance whether a figure is monthly or annual.

Experts applying to join can now upload verification documents — employment letters, business cards — for our team to review.

Fixed: no way to re-apply after an expert application was declined.
Fixed: on some devices the confirm button was pushed off screen when listing available time slots.
