Id advise everyone taking it to buy the upgrade as it provides you around 700 questions in different categories. Not only that but it can track how well you are doing and the odds of passing the real thing. Good to know if you need to study more or to be more consistent. I have just failed my test today and was shocked because the real test is extremely different with any of those questions in the app ### 1/5 — Failed the test *2018-11-11, version 4.100* Please, don’t rely on this App! I relied on this app and went through their entire 683 questions. Only about 10 questions came out in the test which left me with no option than to fail the test. I guess the questions on this app are old and the owner isn’t making any effort to upgrade it. I was shocked when I realized the test that I had practiced for using this application was nothing close to the real one. Its not just a matter of wording the questions differently - but completely different questions. If these guys can’t use the questions in the book then my advice is to just go with book what that life in United Kingdom propose . ### 1/5 — Mislead *2012-11-02, version 2.3.11* This app is a waste of time and money and a liability to anyone taking the test. There are multiple wrong answers. Such as the app stating Buddhism is the most practiced religion in the uk, giving two different answers to the same question on pass the post vs by election, and has incorrect dates 1997 for welsh and Scottish assemblys. It's 1999. Get the book and test question book. ### 1/5 — Wrong answers *2012-08-15, version 2.2.01 (iOS 5 Tested)* I found a few questions that had the wrong answer as the 'correct' one. Skip this app and get the official one from the UKBA. It's expensive but it will teach you the correct answers and you'll also be familiarized with the type of wording of the test questions. ### 2/5 — Meh. *2023-06-09, version 4.102* The free version of this app gives you 80 of the 600+ questions in the test bank. The full question set costs $1.99. App is okay; runs quickly and is stable. Tends to populate questions and and answers with junk “(null)” fields. Many questions are ungrammatical or phrased poorly: e.g.: “UK troops are serving in what country from 1992-95?” This should be in the PAST tense (served) rather than the present tense (are serving). I suppose it is possible that these errors are direct transcriptions from the source material, and if that is the case I apologize to the makers of the app for impugning their attention to detail, but I harbor suspicions that such is not the case. ### 2/5 — The questions are mixed. *2020-08-02, version 4.102* You will find mixed questions belonging to other modules, which is a pain, because you don’t know if you don’t know a topic or is just from another module further in the book. For example, the Diwali topic is covered in “A modern, thriving society” but the questions in the app are under the “The values and principles of the UK” ### 2/5 — plenty of mistakes *2019-05-29, version 4.100* just one example - after the black death people moved to towns not the countryside! I discovered a huge amount of mistakes and tired of reporting them. This is supposed to be a learning tool! ### 2/5 — Good start but lacking *2013-03-29, version 2.3.40 (iOS 6 Tested)* Simple and direct, App is a good start but I just finished the actual test and only 1 question from this app was on my test. This is 3rd edition. Make sure when you download the app you upgrade it too. It’s cost less than £2 and give you extra 300 questions. This questions appeared on my test.
