In particular paying their credit card. It gets moved to a new location it seems like often. Then it is very hard to figure out where it is, and how to get into it. They even change what it is called. I don’t know why “pay card” is such a hard thing for them to call it. Every time I log onto to put a travel alert in, I never can find where it is and you have to go through multiple menus to find it. It’s the same for credit card payments. The app also lists my credit card balance backwards from what credit available is.
