That said, there’s no login, so everything you enter is lost when you close the app. The forms also let mistakes slip through (like invalid phone or passport numbers), PDFs can’t be uploaded, and switching languages only works after a restart. Aldo maybe an option to sense what the user is typing and remind them the format it should be in in case the user is not filling in the information correctly. The box should maybe become red on the edge to remind the user to input the correct information. At the end of the application there is no skip for now button. Well I like that you can choose different countries you are going to and see whether you can have eligibility to have a visa. Please do not use it. Please go through official UK.gov website DO NOT TRY TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT!!!! FRAUD, SCAM!!!! You did not respond within 24 hrs and therefore we went to UK.GOV which is the official website after attempts to reach you. The Visa was awarded immediately!!! Do Not SCAM people if you cannot deliver services or even respond to emails. The service charges have been disputed - that is why you are contacting me. We already got the services through a reliable government website because you are confusing people. your App no one can keep track of anything. Its REFRAIN - you need to be reported for FRAUD/SCAM!!! I only paid 20 pounds through the official government app, UK ETA, and was approved instantly. This app charges approximately 50 to 138 pounds depending on time requirements. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-05-17* This app is extremely misleading. They charge much more than the official UK ETA application and present themselves in a way that it seems like you were applying directly through the UK government. Worse than that, they misspelled my name, so it is clear there’s no double checking if you have any sort. You can apply directly through the UK government website yourself and save yourself the hassle and for a fraction of the price.
