I was tipped off by the super high processing fees. I paid for the expedited service whereas and paid $100 extra and they were not able to get my ETA clearance done on time. When I went to airport I was told to get the approval via government app. Which I did was given approval within 5 minutes. Through UK ETA VIsa app I couldn’t get the approval for 4 hours. I had to go to so much stress of missing my flight. Now I am asking them to refund they are not willing to anything. I stupidly paid extra for my wife and daughter also.
