But this is great, I love that I can top up through the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — New policy is very unfair *2022-10-17* They recently announced a new policy whereby unless you manually delete every item, they’d start to charge a storage fee. They could easily allow you to specify a preference for automatic deletion of items after 30 days however this wouldn’t make them as much money. So far behind the times. Always crashes and doesn’t load. ### 2/5 — App problems *2024-03-09, version 49.06.022* Once installed the app asks to verify which I have done but next the app will not function from the X button on the top right corner so you have to close the app and start again ### 2/5 — Irritating auto log out *2023-05-26, version 46.00.11* Nice app but massively irritating that it keeps logging itself out, thereby preventing notifications and requiring manual login again and sending of the OTP via email. Please please please stop auto log out!!! Also please enable relogin with faceid that does not need the email OTP. Further, why won’t you text OTP to European phones? I should have thought a large part of your customer base is outside the U.K.? Please fix this. ### 2/5 — Can’t log in *2022-03-28, version 4.00* I can’t log in when I open up the app, it uses ipostalmail.net to log me in but every time I try, it just resets and puts me onto the log in screen again. I’ll change my review once I can get in and experience the service. Please help me resolve this. ### 3/5 — Much better new app but work in progress *2021-05-29, version 3.00* I like the new clean and simple design. A few improvements would add a star such as swipe left on emails to delete or archive rather than select then delete then confirm. Also the delete is buggy, app crashes when deleting most emails, so another star lost. Mail section not tested yet. A big improvement! ### 3/5 — Needs Better Visibility. *2016-10-12, version 2.2* Need to have a better viewing feature so that I can scroll through and see my scanned mail more quickly by image. All post in one place not just "new messages". Also need forwarding by email option for scanned post. Plus ability to add own personal notes to scanned mail would be a bonus! ### 4/5 — Good service *2023-02-19* It is a good service for linking up with my rented PO Box. That said, it is a bit pricey.
