We attempted to rent a car at the Trafford Centre. Despite setting everything up correctly the App would not scan the QR code or let me enter the car ID manually so we were unable to use the car. Daughter was very disappointed.

I rented a stroller at Trafford Centre. Although I returned and locked it at 15:05, the app kept showing it was "still active." This delay caused me so much unnecessary stress. Even though the deposit wasn't fully deducted in the end, the system's massive delay and lack of real-time confirmation are unacceptable. The center's staff told me this happens frequently. Please fix this bug so future users don't have to go through this panic!

I did everything what it told me to do, I click on scan QR code, then it keeps on sending me to settings to get permission to use the camera, then it sends me back, I click on the QR code again, and it keeps on sending me settings to give permission when I already have. Terrible app!
