You are only using this cause your employer forced it. UKG is the most complicated to figure out, the app is just the same. I have been trying to change my password for a month now to see my schedule with my job but every thing I try says it does not meet the requirements. I have even had Chat GPT create complex passwords for me and it has not accepted any. My password at a part time job shouldn’t be more complex than my password at my full time bank job. Thanks ### 1/5 — Helps get you fired - Allows manager to ignore time off requests *2025-01-18, version 2.9.1* Helps get you fired. You submit a time off request well in advance and then make plans. UKG allows the scheduling manager to ignore the request week after week, neither approving or denying. Then on your requested day off, the manager can still schedule you without ever approving or denying your request. This has happed to me four times. I am taking my day off this time. We will see how that goes. ### 2/5 — Bugged and needs more features *2025-01-18, version 2.9.1* This app randomly crashes, when u exit the app it will automatically sign you out, even if you were off the app for less than a minute. Sometimes it will show you the schedule for a different day which has made me late a couple of times to work. I would really like to see that feature changed as well as the ability to import my work calendar to my Apple calendar or Google calendar ### 3/5 — UKG review *2025-01-16, version 2.9.1* This application does not work at times. It makes it very difficult to go back and get time approvals from my manager. Not only does it log you out almost every second attempt at logging in to the app, it also requires minimum two attempts to even open the app. 50% of the time it is a blank white screen when you attempt to open it, 25% of the time it requires you to log back in, and the other 25% it works. It also seems to have this feature that when you try to verify the device you have previously verified multiple times, it times out and ‘fails to load’, leaving you completely unable to access it. When you need a whole meeting and videos to show people how to use your broken app, your app isn’t apping….
