The app does not let anyone see how much paid time off they have. Would be nice to see it instead of asking someone to look to see how much time they have to spend.

Unintuitive, dozens of clicks to do something that should take half that, frequent errors, etc. I’ve been trying to update my availability and I’ve gotten repeated errors with error messages that don’t really tell me what the issue is and force logged out twice. Terrible app

This app is terrible. It’s so slow and I used to be able to sign in no problem. It now continually says it can’t sign me in after the second verification.

I'm tired of using this app/website to punch in/out. There is no option to allow employees to even request a missed punch. There should also be a separate button for each punch type (in/out). I clocked out to go another work location and when I got there, I punched again, thinking I was clocking in, but I was clocking out. And per my permissions I cannot correct this. Why on Earth would I want to clock out if I am not even clocked in due to having just clocked out? Take notes from HEB. Based on also having worked from them, I can say that PartnerNet, in combination with the in-store punch machines, is nearly perfect, especially compared to this app.

First time making a review but felt like I need to because how frustrating it is being forced to use this app. It is so slow and signs you out so frequently, even when navigating to another page on the app. I have to use this app for work so I have no choice so I feel like they don’t care about user experience because most people are forced to use it. This app makes me sound like a Karen, fml.

My work adopted this from a previous app and it's honestly the most useless app I've ever used. Don't even bother as it will sign you out every 2 seconds a waste of resources. AVOID AVOID AVOID

UPDATE: After using it for a bit, I'm deducting another star because it's SO SLOW. Half the time I effectively can't log in because of how long it takes to acknowledge me.

I guess I like that I can set "preferred unavailable" times, but the open shift interface seriously leaves something to be desired. I can only work certain times of the day, so I tried filtering the open shifts and it just... didn't filter them! Major downgrade from what we were using before in that regard. Across the app, the visual hierarchy is not great; it feels cluttered. And if you get into a submenu, it's so unclear whether you're backing out of the whole process or just that one submenu, so I keep accidentally closing what I'm trying to look at. Plus I'm pretty sure the UI isn't correctly sized for my phone because it keeps trying to float around horizontally while I scroll :/
