Fails to load videos over 5G, then when it does there is no audio. Garbage App

This UKG learning app disrupts my regular UKG app which was working fine without this extra download. When assigned a duty on my regular app it keeps forcing me to download UKG learning which I don’t need! Now suddenly i can’t get my employer assignments done. Help UKG please return this app to working correctly.
