That’s about it. *2024-09-23* I can see my schedule but that’s about it. We have made several UI enhancements and added functionality to our app based on the feedback received from our customers and recommend downloading the latest version in hopes the issues encountered previously are addressed. ### 1/5 — Auto log out *2024-05-19* It auto logged me out last week when I wanted to see my schedule and put in for PTO now I can’t even even login because it says my login blocked when I was able to login before like nothing please fix this issue. ### 1/5 — Not Working *2024-01-31* I get a message that says “Mobile access has not been enabled for this organization”. Another incredible annoyance, I’m constantly getting notifications of “Direct Messages” and when I CAN open the app, there are no such messages. So glad my company switched to this. /s ### 1/5 — Login protocol broken *2022-12-05* The app worked for all of 3 days. Now it just has the spinning circle of death when trying to login. Tried deleting app and reinstalling a few times. There’s no way to resubmit login information. It’s now just a useless app. So I’m back to using the website to check my schedule. ### 1/5 — No Use *2021-09-11* My Company recently switched to this App for ease of use I guess and I’ve tried to log in with my Credentials and I just get the wheel spin of death!! Tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling (times 3) but nothing is changing …… wheel just keeps spinning in that lost loop. I have to try so many times to sign in. It keeps telling me my password is invalid or the request is invalid or to retry and this is the only way that we can look at our schedule and the group schedule and put in for Tyme something needs to be done about this app. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-03-09* This app worked one time. The day I downloaded it. Now it just stays on the white screen with a loading circle. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and restarted my phone each time and nothing fixes it. Arizona makes this app our entire work life. It’s how we see where we are posted it’s how we are supposed to schedule Overtime it’s the only way to schedule days off. Please fix this. Literally nothing the state does with tech works properly. It’s getting ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-01-07* I really hope my employer stops using this platform. It is very hit or miss. Even when I hit the don’t log me out for 30 days options it still does and I now I’m trying to log back in but it says “please try to sign in again” every time I try. **Developer response:** Hi Arthurpod, Thank you for your rating and feedback. I closed out of the program and reinstalled it and now it’s saying my email is invalid. All of the same problems still exist. Randomly logging you out, not able to modify overtime selections within the app, significant delay in schedule change notifications, if you get them at all, and now the app is not allowing me to log in at all. **Developer response:** Hi BobDizzle, Thank you for your rating and feedback. If your organization uses Multifactor Authentication, they might have restrictions in place much sooner than this for security reasons, and suggest reaching out to them for further insight, as this is managed by the Internal IT Team outside of SchedulePro. ### 1/5 — App includes not disclosed “Log you out” feature *2025-04-29* This app is good works fine and stuff, one small issue: It seemingly for no reason will just log you out randomly. It is a pain in the rear to have to keep logging back into it, no matter how many times i’ve hit “Keep me signed in” it still manages to find a way to log me out. This is kind of a problem, because i’ve found that i will miss out on overtime shifts because my app wasn’t logged in to recieve the availability notification. Usually it logging me out is at most a weekly occurrence, sometimes day to day. But today, it did it to me twice. TWICE. This app is great. It allows my coworker Gavin to pick up lots of shifts. I am excited to see what future updates are pushed out. ### 2/5 — App not login in *2026-02-12* It’s been a week that i’m not able to log in into the app. When I open it it just keeps loading forever. i tried updating it, delete and reinstall it, update my IOS. Nothing works. I can only access through the website which is annoying since i have to log in everytime ### 2/5 — was a good app until recently *2025-11-26* Calendar jumps to a random day in october everytime i open the app. also as of recently, the app logs me out multiple times a day. extremely annoying bc i get on the app a lot. **Developer response:** Hi gamertee123, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback — we’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. We recently released an updated version of the app (v2.9.3) that addresses several reported issues, so we recommend making sure you’re on the latest version. Apple now also requires a confirmation when opening the app; however, this should only be a quick email confirmation and acknowledgment, not a full password entry each time.
