А еще кстати они любят эти промки потом забирать мол выкатили ее ошибочно, это просто позорище. Поддержка которой они так хвастаются последнее время конкретно испаганилась, не достучатся не дозвонится, + операторы абсолютно некомпетентные у 8/10 нету даже прав…. В итоге цены на перевозки из 2019года, отношение к так званым «партнерам» наплевательское, обратная связь либо в духе «сами виноваты что с нами работает» либо «мы ничего не можем сделать». Уважаемые водителя, подумайте трижды а лучше больше прежде чем сотрудничать с этой конторой, особенно в больших городах. Зіткнувся з повною відсутністю підтримки. 1. До служби підтримки складно додзвонитися або дописатися — відповіді шаблонні, без конкретики. 2. Конкретної допомоги у вирішенні проблем не надають. 3. Кошти списуються у випадках, коли клієнти некоректно ставлять мітку або адресу, але водій не захищений. 4. Оскаржити такі ситуації майже неможливо — рішення приймаються без детального розгляду. Складається враження, що компанія більше захищає клієнта, ніж водія.
