Nothing. I have other Wi-Fi devices in house so I am extremely upset. They were easy to set up ### 1/5 — Net Error *2022-06-06, version 1.0.18* App was usable for a month, now I keep getting “net error” when trying to login. Can’t control the AC from work, which is what I needed this for. Customer service is nonexistent. If you’re reading this, then you’ve already bought the unit. My decision to purchase this brand was weighed heavily by the Wifi and Smart Home features. If you’re spending that much money on a home appliance, I feel like you should get all the features you expect and they should work properly. This review is specifically for the app, but i’m kind of disappointed with everything. The device itself works well so far, but the app, the website, the Ukoke Alexa skill, the customer service experience have all been disappointing. Couldn’t get the app to work properly after trying anything and everything, over and over again. Finally randomly started working the next day, after a long night of frustration. Customer service was no help. Their email reply just basically said “try again”. Even after getting the app to work and finally getting it to connect to wifi, the Alexa skill will not work at all. Everyone seems to have mostly the same experience. Disappointing. Wish they would resolve all these issues and upgrade these things, but I don’t have high hopes. ### 1/5 — Cannot complete set up *2020-09-09, version 1.0.18* Just gets stuck on phone verification. I type in the appropriate box, and then it says “message sending failure”. Useless app, therefore useless wifi and Alexa connectivity as you need the app to work to set this up. The app will not allow me to get past the phone number issue and keeps asking me to enter my phone number, but the. Keeps sending the same message failure. Very frustrating. AC works beautifully with just the remote, tho. ### 1/5 — Requires Phone number *2023-05-28* Got the Air Conditioner unit and trying to use the app. They require your phone number. Stupid!!! They don’t need it, but no way to skip it! Not giving number. Also, while one unit worked well for a year or so, 2nd unit no longer gets hot in winter for the heat pump. Tried Apple ID: service error. Tried setting up account: password error. The only reason I bought this air conditioner is because of the Wi-Fi/Alexa features. It stated “Registered” but when I tried to log in, it said my password “failed”. So, I asked to reset. I typed in the required information and it stated it would send me a code so I could reset. The code never came! I tried numerous times to no avail. I was Sooo looking forward to using the app and the smart features like everyone else. The smart features are useless with a useless app. Can’t conned and when it does connect. Otherwise why would anyone buy this unit. Most of us brought it for it’s smart features ### 1/5 — Is ZERO stars an option! *2022-07-10, version 1.0.18* I purchased this air conditioner for the convenience of being able to turn it on when I’m not at home. This app is horrible. I have spent hours trying to pair the ac and my phone. When it does find the device it disappears from the list! Very frustrating. I actually thought I was getting somewhere and went on to the Alexa pairing step and Alexa couldn’t find my device because it disappeared from the app! Collects email and phone and gps, then fails to pair to device. ### 1/5 — Wi-Fi app Doesn’t work *2022-06-25, version 1.0.18* last year when I got the unit the app worked fine. This year it’s asking me to sign in and add my phone number. So when I click in the spot to put my phone number it takes me to another page and I put my phone number and it says “phone number registered“ but it doesn’t take me anywhere to start using it. So then I have to go back and it says the phone number has to be entered and it’s like a vicious cycle that doesn’t get me anywhere. I cannot use this. This company really needs to fix this problem. I see so many people having the same issue and other issues with this app. Don’t sell unit saying you could connect to Wi-Fi if you cannot! It’s not worth the money. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Connecting the app *2022-06-28, version 1.0.18* So for those having a hard time connecting the app to the unit, I discovered that if I switched to 2.4ghz internet I was then able to connect. Once I figured that out it’s been working great! And I love that it I leave home and forget to turn off my AC boom, I do it remotely and and don’t have to worry about my energy bill. Haven’t tried connecting to Alexa yet, hopefully that goes smoothly too. ### 5/5 — The app took a few try’s to work *2021-06-24, version 1.0.18* Downloaded the app and it states service failure. I couldn’t find anything helpful to guide me to connect but after installing the application and a few tries to signing up I closed the app and reloaded the window tab as well. Reopen the app and it let me successfully sign up. I scanned the QR code, pushed the speed button for 3 seconds and input my WiFi info 3 x times and it was successful. I took a few tries but it works. I love it. ### 4/5 — App not working *updated review* *2020-07-08, version 1.0.16* On my iPhone I was getting Net Error so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and now I can't log back in. On my wife's Android phone she's getting a "network exception, please try again later" error when we try to turn on the AC. Please resolve. I contacted support from their webpage and they said they “refreshed my AC” and the app is now working for both my phones. I have updated my rating for their quick response. ### 3/5 — Works about half the time *2022-08-17, version 1.0.18* Great app when it works but seems very unreliable and goes out quite often. Reboot multiple times does not Fix the bugs. ### 3/5 — On and off and that’s it for mobile app? *2020-08-21, version 1.0.17* No issues registering but does this unit just stay on all day? We set it to 77 last night and the fan never stopped running. Hopefully we won’t get a monster electricity bill at the end of the month :) Priced at $349 on Walmart it’s a super robust AC, fan, dehumidifier and heater all in one! And the best asset is the smart WiFi connection. Hopefully the app becomes more robust on functionality. ### 2/5 — Gets overworked easily *2023-06-05* It shuts it self off if left on too long maybe over 24hrs and the app it’s suppose to connect with doesn’t work. Been trying everything to connect it. Only has two setting to blow and the second lever is not even that strong. The temperature of it works great though. That’s it. Definitely don’t recommend.
