У застосунку неправильно відображається номер поїзда для зворотних рейсів. Наприклад, на маршруті Львів — Харків великим шрифтом на головному екрані світиться номер 123Л, хоча фактично в цей бік поїзд їде під номером 124Л (і саме 124 вказано на табло вокзалу!). Через вашу лінь налаштувати нормальне відображення номерів відповідно до напрямку руху, пасажири (особливо літні люди та ваші мами/батьки!) панікують на пероні, бо не можуть знайти свій поїзд. Виправте цей баг з костильним відображенням номерів рейсів! ### 1/5 — Не можу зареєструватися *2026-07-03, version 3.4.1* Завантажив застосунок, зʼявився екран для вводу номеру телефону. Ввів номер телефону, зачекав і отримав зникаюче повідомлення «Тимчасовий збій. Розкажіть про нього через зворотній звʼязок, щоб усе полагодити» Кому, де і як я повинен надати цей фідбек незрозуміло. На екрані ніякої інформації щодо того як мені вирішити цю проблему. ### 1/5 — App does not work *2026-06-24, version 3.4.1* The Ukrzaliznytsia app is practically unusable when trying to purchase international train tickets. It constantly displays “temporary system failure” or “unstable internet connection” errors, even when the internet connection is perfectly stable. As a result, buying tickets to destinations abroad is almost impossible. This has been a recurring issue and is extremely frustrating, especially since international tickets sell out very quickly. Вже кілька днів поспіль (4-5) намагаюся купити квитки на поїзд Київ — Будапешт-Келеті. Проблема навіть не в тому, що квитки швидко розкуповують. Я бачу вільні місця. Обираю їх. Система позначає їх як вибрані. Я додаю пасажирів, переходжу до оплати, чекаю на завантаження — і раптом отримую повідомлення: «Ці місця вже куплені». Як це можливо, якщо ці місця вже були обрані мною? За останні дні таким чином на моїх очах зникло 9 місць. Не до моменту вибору. Не під час пошуку. А вже після того, як я їх вибрала та перейшла до оформлення покупки. Для звичайного пасажира це виглядає абсурдно. Якщо місце доступне для вибору, система повинна хоча б на короткий час резервувати його для оформлення замовлення. Інакше виходить, що навіть дійшовши до етапу оплати, ти не маєш жодних шансів придбати квиток.
