Не багато але є коментарі що не працює належним чином так що поки що слухаю радіо в машині дякуючи цьому додатку все гарно працює! Окрім каналів тому що ще не вирішив плати за них!

Nice amount of channels but when you watch a show it freezes for a few min and then skips the few minutes. If the connection is better I would keep the app, but to pay for app that always freeze makes no sense.

I bought a Firestick specifically for this app for a relative that just fled Ukraine. The app doesn’t work on the Fire Stick or iPhone. I’m seeing reviews from several years ago with the same issues yet they still have not fixed them. There has got to be an alternative for access to Ukrainian television.

Unfortunately I really didn’t wanted to write review or bad one since it’s Ukrainian TV and I was really wanted to support it at this challenging times , but I have to😭.
I have been really looking forward to watch Ukraine TV with my family and keep up to date what’s going on In Ukraine in mids of this crisis. But after registering for free trial it wasn’t working And I tried multiple devices, after trying for couple of hours, I give up few hours later I decide to try again and couldn't even log in to my account nor  to reset password simply nothing was working after maybe 100 times finally loged in and it took me straight to page to chose your plan so I thought ohh maybe if I pay it will work so naive me did so I chose annual plan and to my biggest disappointment nothing not a single Chanel works just pure same black screen again I tried on 4 different devices 😩 and nothing works, so not only it’s not working and I’m disappointed but I reached out to customer service over messenger no respond I created a ticket still waiting for respond for that. And I payed basically for a scam it might not be a scam but at this moment this is how I feel about it😔

Все оплачено за місяць,а вони беруть і блокують всі канали,і вимагають оплатити,за що якщо оплачено..і це не в перший раз!і два дні пишу і ніхто ні слова.

I never thought I would have to write a review like this, especially about a Ukrainian service. I have always tried to support Ukrainian businesses and creators, but I never expected to experience such an unprofessional level of customer service and technical support.

Here are the main issues:

• The app constantly logs users out of their accounts.
• Different names and accounts randomly appear connected to my personal email address.
• Support repeatedly called me “Oksana” even though my name is Anastasiia, and only apologized after I pointed out their mistake.
• There is no clear information anywhere about support working hours for users in the United States.
• During normal U.S. daytime business hours (Friday around 11 AM–12 PM), I was told support was “already unavailable.”
• I previously experienced duplicate charges from two different cards back in 2024, contacted support, and was told the issue was fixed.
• Now the same billing issue appears to be happening again.
• Apple subscriptions show one billing date, while the Telegram bot connected to the service shows a completely different subscription period.

What is even more concerning is that strange accounts appear to have been created and connected to my personal email address without my understanding or permission. At one point, support referred to me under the completely random name “Harmonious Dnipro,” and this account was somehow linked to my email address.

My name is Anastasiia, I am from Odesa, and I have absolutely no idea where this name came from or why it was connected to my personal information. The fact that I was automatically logged into something connected to my email makes this situation look extremely suspicious and unprofessional.

At this point, this no longer feels like a simple technical mistake. It raises serious concerns regarding account management, billing transparency, and user data handling.

Instead of properly helping paying customers, support behaves dismissively, communicates rudely, ignores important details, and fails to resolve problems that were created by the company itself.

People are paying real money for this service, yet the company cannot properly fix technical errors, explain billing, or provide professional support.

If this issue is not properly investigated and resolved, I will seriously consider reporting this situation to the appropriate authorities in the United States due to concerns regarding potential fraudulent billing and account handling.

So I have used this app for a long time first they charged me from both cards and now it doesn’t work correctly like it is end on the 6th of October and come one it is 23d already outside. And when I call to support team in USA there is always busy, it seems like  number doesn’t exist (

I used the service for 2.5 years to support Ukrainian based business. When I cancelled the subscription, the service kept charging me. I have a screenshot of the cancellation but when I chatted with support, I was told that they don’t know which account I took a screenshot of because it did not show my account ID on the screenshot. The problem is that when you go to your cabinet/subscriptions and payments, it does not show which account it is. Customer service rep Ivan V told me in the chat that maybe I thought I cancelled the subscription but I did not which is a lie and I have screenshots to prove it.  I will have to report unauthorised transaction with my bank. Very disappointed with the cancellation process.

I am using MEDIACAST for long time. Now it is even better than before. They got new cool channels. My kids love it sooo much! Finally my childen don't have to watch russian cartoons. 
Also radio make me a good home friendly background

Користуюсь додатком в Чикаго – працює стабільно, без лагів і зайвих налаштувань. Дуже подобається, що є українські фільми і мультики. Діти дивляться українською, і це реально важливо. Інтерфейс простий, все зрозуміло з першого разу.

Я зараз в Чикаго і цей додаток став прям знахідкою. Є багато фільмів і каналів, все відкривається швидко, нічого не зависає. Діти дивляться мультики українською, і мені спокійно, що вони чують мову щодня. Плюс не треба морочитись з VPN.

Як українка, яка живе в Америці, дуже важливо мати доступ до українських телеканалів – це і новини з рідної країни, і культурний зв’язок, і просто можливість подивитися улюблені шоу. Mediacast став для мене справжнім порятунком у цьому плані!  
Переваги сервісу:
Великий вибір каналів– тут є всі основні українські телеканали, від новинних до розважальних та спортивних.  
Зручний інтерфейс – сайт і додаток зрозумілі, все легко знайти, підтримка працює коректно.  
Доступність за кордоном – не потрібно VPN або складних налаштувань, все працює відразу.  
Mediacast – чудовий сервіс для українців за кордоном. Він дає можливість залишатися на зв’язку з Україною, дивитися улюблені передачі та бути в курсі подій. Рекомендую всім, хто хоче дивитись українською.

Дуже подобається ця програма, особливо коли далеко від дому, дуже сумуєш за фільмами з нашим дубляжем. Тільки після оновлення, чомусь зникла бігова доріжка знизу екрану, тепер погано перемотувати фільми бо не бачиш по часу куди мотати, постійно домотую коли вже кінець фільму.

This is a good Ukraine service app and good price. Where is the other channels. Please add them what are missing. Or unless there has to be more payment. Needs to show what are available in purchase and we need our own password. Please make sure all channels are working properly.  The good part. I’m Ukrainian and I can finally watch it.

I got the app about 6 month ago and have been using it since. The only times I have issues with it is during high streaming events like Eurovision (I guess too many people are using the service), but rather than that it works well
