1. Не зберігає чернетки, якщо треба щось виправити, кожного разу все знову треба вводити;
2. Не інтегрований з системою ТЗЕД, шукати треба десь на сайтах або в Дії. Копіювати і вставляти коди не дає, все вручну;
3. На останньому етапі вибиває що тимчасово не працює, спробуйте пізніше… Але драфт не залишається, тобто все потім по новій;
5. Дає можливість тільки 4 позиції в одній посилці, тобто якщо в тебе більше груп дрібних речей, їх треба покупати в окрему коробку… ?

The app is great if you want to do anything other than what it was created for.

I’m keeping it on my phone just to check every year if they finally made it running (it’s my ritual, weird I know, did this for a 6 years already).

This app do nothing. But who even need apps nowadays, you can use the web(oh wait, you can’t do anything on the web to). You can’t create, track, login, basically do anything in the app.

It seems like company implementing the “babushka” approach on all levels. Babushka devs still on figma prototype stages, let them move in their tempo, baby steps.

You think contacting support and pointing out about the problems will do something? Wrong! Babushka motto in the DNA of the company, you will received in return rude response as if I came to their local branch, that what I call a brand consistency.

It took 10 days instead of estimated 4 to receive a parcel, although the parcel arrived to the destination city (Kyiv-left) in the evening of the third day. The application showed different activities with this parcel - it was traveling Kyiv-left - Kyiv - Kyiv-right - Kyiv-left - Kyiv. Weird, right?
When the parcel finally arrived, I asked an Ukrposhta representative and was shocked by her answer. She said that it wasn't true what the app showed and, in fact, the parcel had been stored at the same warehouse for the last seven days before it arrived to their office.
I really regret choosing Ukrposhta instead of Nova Poshta. I saved some money but it wasn't worth it because I didn't receive my parcel on time.

Ваша програма вилітає весь час, як тільки вводиш номер посилки, або хочеш розрахувати вартість доставки. У вас не програма а пустушка, тому що в ній можна робити рівно НІЧОГО.

Ви і пишете, що посилку можна отримати без черги, але спробуйте самі зайти в відділення і пройти без черги!!! Вас розірве черга на місці!!! Щоб отримати посилку, потрібно простояти в черзі пів години! Краще б ви не надавали такі послуги!

Есть конечно нюансы и очень не удобные. Такие как например сохранение ярлыка. Он обычно где-то не понятно сохраняется. И потом там начинаетс каша. Старые паки не удалить. Но отдать должное посылки доезжают в сша! Это очень круто. Молодцы.
