Как тупо в наше время требовать с людей явиться в отделение банка во Львов для подтверждения личности в тот момент, когда ты находишься в другом регионе. При этом блокируют карту, но комиссию и страховки списывают. Позорище!

### 1/5 — Найгірший банк якому насрати на людей!

Ситуація наступна: я закрила кредитну карту комфі від укрсибу, так як вона з початку повномасштабного вторгнення не працює для мене, так як прописка Харківська і мені не давали розсрочек, а вдруг мене ракета прибʼє а я гроші не поверну? Але то таке. Зараз знаходжусь за кордоном. В переписці в додатку при закритті картки (не акаунту!!) я ОДРАЗУ ПОПРОСИЛА ВИПИСКУ ПРО НЕЗАБОРГОВАНІСТЬ і одразу сказала що вона мені потрібна! На що мені відповіли що виписка буде доступна ЧЕРЕЗ 30 ДНІ ПІСЛЯ ЗАКРИТТЯ КАРТИ (чомусь інші банки одразу давали). Але ок. Через 30 днів я заходжу в додаток і ОЙ, А ВАШ ОБЛІКОВИЙ ЗАПИС ЗАБЛОКОВАНО. Пишу на пошту, кажуть дзвоніть (і насрати що ви за кордоном і це вам вийде в копійку). Додзвонилась з іноземного номеру - сказали обовʼязково дзвонити з номера на який зареєстровано аккаунт. Ок. Я КУПИЛА РОУМИНГ ТА ПОПОВНИЛА РАХУНОК І ВИТРАТИЛА ЗА 1 ДЕНЬ 1000 ГРН ДЛЯ ТОГО ЩОБ В СУМІ 2 ГОДИНИ ПОВИСІТИ НА ЛІНІЇ І ПОСЛУХАТИ МУЗИКУ. І НІХТО ТАК І НЕ ВІДПОВІВ.
А ще доречі пропонували звернутись до чату в додатку ЯКИЙ НЕ ПРАЦЮЄ ТОМУ ЩО АКАУНТ ЗАБЛОКУВАЛИ!!!
Висновки:
1) Банку насрати на закони і на права людини на те що я прошу цю кляту виписку яку маю отримати! 
2) Пасивно агресивні працівники що в додатку, що на пошті що на телефоні (це ще коли відповідають, може вже за це треба бути вдячним?)
3) З неясних причин блокують обліковий запис і кажуть «ну ви ж закрили карту», і абсолютно пох що я чітко вказала своє бажання отримати виписку.
Подумайте МІЛІОН разів перед тим як качати це лайно і відкривати тут рахунок.

I would have never open the accounts in this bank. If you don’t have non-Ukraine number, you won’t be able to open your EXISTING account. You won’t be able to change your number to non-Ukrainian. If you don’t use the account more than 3-5? months they block your account. If you forget your key-question you won’t be able EVER restore your account until you visit their branch.

Don't even think about opening an account here, you will regret it very much.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! Only a Ukrainian phone number can be specified for banking. It is possible to change it remotely and access your account without visiting a bank branch.

First of all, as I reported a few years ago - it consumes almost 4 GB data each month. Are you mining bitcoins on our phones? What are you doing with data? For example, my video app consumes less 😂 

Second, I have two cards which end the same four digits like **** 1234. The app shows that I have configured Apple Pay on the card that is not yet activated (moreover - the card is still in the closed envelop) 😂 How this may happen?
Is someone is trying to steal my money or this is just a bug of some junior developer? If you need screenshots please let me know :)

В целом простое и рабочее приложение, без всяких игр и котов. У меня есть пара замечаний: 1) на экране перевода денег с карты на карту листаю в самый низ к коду. Когда приложение получает код, ниже появляется кнопка подтверждения ПОД ЭКРАНОМ. Неужели сложно задать размер страницы, учитывая высоту кнопки?) вам самим удобно по два раза бессмысленно листать страницу? 2) вы наконец добавили подтверждение платежей через приложение, но в 9 из 10 случаев оно не работает, потому что моментально перекрывается экраном логина. + оно не отображается в ленте уведомлений в приложении. Если не повезло поймать экран подтверждения, то он уходит с концами. Спасибо)

Upd2: коллеги, полгода прошло, а эти просчеты до сих пор в приложении

Пользуюсь банком 9 к своему большому сожалению.Наплевательское отношение к премиум клиенту со стороны менеджеров.Больше всего возмущает служба поддержки.Такой не профессиональности я не встречал ни в одном банке .Отвечают на сообщения один раз в два дня .Дозвониться редко удается .Даже дозвонившись в службу поддержки особой компетентности в решении вопроса получить не удается.Было принято решение закрыть счета в онлайн режиме .Однако и это оказалось 2х месячным квестом , где в конечном итоге счета я так и не закрыл из-за халатности работников , которые просто отказываются выполнять свою работу .Общение с персональным менеджером затягивалось на недели , так как эта особа отвечала мне крайне редко .Настоятельно не рекомендую этот банк .

Неможливо зробити виписку за період довший року. Не вказано отримувача і призначення платежу. До виписки підтягує якісь невідомі внутрішні транзакції. Не виписка, а сміттєзвалище.

Перед входом в кабинет предложило обновление, иначе не пускало в кабинет. Обновила, и все равно не впускает в кабинет, пишет обновить или выйти, хотя приложение обновлено
