This App is the latest essential for the keen philatelist giving you a unique database for British stamps. You can record those you already own (mint or used) along with their cost and current estimated market value. You can enter a unique reference or catalogue number for each item. A summary page indicates how many stamps you have and their total cost and value. A handy link to the Internet allows you to search for those elusive stamps needed to complete your collection. All records have an accurate image for your reference. The initial screen will take you to a table containing thumbnail photos of stamps from the period indicated in the text to the right. Tapping the table row will take you to another table again with thumbnail photos of the stamps from the chosen period. It will also display your reference/catalogue number, the date of issue, and an indicator of whether you have the mint or used version of that particular stamp. Tapping on the new table will then take you to a view which will display a larger image of the stamp you selected as well as information about that particular stamp. Unfortunately it does not fulfil my requirements. It’s easier and quicker to use a search engine or an excel spread sheet. £11.99 should buy much more functionality. ### 5/5 — U.K. Stamps *2016-12-27* This is not a bad app but I have a question what about the 2017 update or future releases it would be nice to have an update every year I hope the developers don't give up ### 1/5 — Doesn't deliver *2012-02-18* This is really disappointing. The App is just a list of stamps, poor illustrations, just a list ticker. I really was looking forward to more supplier info as with Stanley Gibbons (£12.95 in the book) - values, FDCs, presentation packs etc. No functionality. For the price I paid I would like to see it bought upto date on a regular basis please last stamps in the app are May 2011, it is now February 2012!! ### 2/5 — Missing Machins *2011-06-05* As a Machin collector I was disappointed to read (buried deep inside the app) that most Machins are not included. For that I have to wait for version 1.1. If I'd known that, I would have waited for some reviews. If you are a basic GB collector, this app will be fine. But if you plan on using this for any sort of specialization, I have no idea how well it will serve you. ### 5/5 — Perfect App *2011-04-07* This is the perfect app for collectors of UK Stamps. I have only recently started this fantastic hobby and have been waiting for an app like this. I would like to see in a possible update a field for notes and perhaps an area where you can store website addresses and dealers that you've dealt with.
