Okay so i was SUPER excited to learn ukulele this app, I saw it on YouTube adds after hopelessly trying and failing to get simple cords right, So i decided to got in on this ukulele action and first few lessons were GREAT great teaching style going at your own pace but once I finished the introduction, you have to pay for EVERY. SINGLE. SONG you have to be premium and everybody knows that you need to learn songs to play ukulele so i am uninstalling and looking for a better app. ⭐️/⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Subject: Login issue still unresolved after a few months

I've been unable to log in for over a few month now. I've been through several rounds of back-and-forth with support and have received the same response each time, including after I sent screenshots of the login screens.

The issue is still not resolved. At this point I've spent hours troubleshooting instead of being able to practice, which is what I'm paying for.


Would have appreciated a response that moves this forward rather than a repeat of the earlier troubleshooting steps.
Or proactively to do something not assuming your consumers are idiots

I liked the app at start, and I’m sure i would if I kept playing. But I can’t play, because 20 minutes in, after the first lesson, you are immediately blocked from all songs until you pay for $15 a month just to play what YouTube could tell me. Please add some free-player accessibility, like time limits or letting us use *some* songs. If I am missing these things, please tell me.

STOP adding songs with stupid melody pieces added to rhythm songs.  I’m definitely not recommending this app.  I only want to practice songs with chords but there is not filter for this feature.  Fix and I will happily give five stars. Also it would be better if you could see your point total and there were more achievements to keep you motivated.
