Logging in is difficult and app never recalls your credentials. The app is far too sensitive—one misplaced touch and you’re back at the “homepage” and have lost your progress. Before the semester started I got the app - it worked perfectly. After the semester started - it stopped working. I’d go to log in, and as soon as I logged in the app shut do; it closed out snd I was sent back to my home screen. Once I click log in the app crashes and closes itself. So many different options, they really thought out what a student here at UL could possibly need and implemented it all. I was bummed for the longest, because the app was unoptimized for the iPhone X's screen size and resolution, leading to it having large black bars above and below the apps usable screenspace. Now, with Apple moving towards this screen type for all of its iPhones, it only makes sense to get ahead of the game and make it fit for all future foreseeable screens. Thank you to whoever finally updated this app, you deserve commendation. ### 3/5 — Good app (better with Cajun Card Added to Apple Wallet capability) *2021-09-02, version 5.5.0* As I said in the title, it would have been much better if the app could add the student’s Cajun Card (UL student ID) to Apple Wallet. ### 3/5 — Login issues *2021-01-05, version 5.5.0* Sometimes it will log you out and when you type in your username and password it will say incorrect no matter what and I have to wait a few hours or days till it works again. ### 3/5 — Login issues *2019-01-14, version 5.2* Really like that I can use Touch ID and Face ID on the app, but sometimes the app refuses to let me log in. It scans my face, verifies it, then immediately closes out. Good luck accessing moodle or Ulink without it logging you off, or in my case, simply not opening - even after downloading again.
