## What is ULB?

A ULB é responsável pela FORMAÇÃO POLÍTICA com propósito de organizar e fortalecer o Partido Democrático Trabalhista (PDT). Foi criada para a formação sistemática de militantes como agentes de transformação social, e formuladores de teses protagonizadas nas lutas e reivindicações do povo brasileiro. A Instituição goza de autonomia didático–científica constituindo-se “lócus” de ensino, pesquisa e extensão, aberta às lideranças e militantes do Partido Democrático Trabalhista (PDT), agentes comunitários e ao público interessado nas suas diferentes modalidades de cursos e demais ações educativas oferecidas via Internet, semipresenciais e presenciais.
