Books will not download or play. Very annoying. Website won’t launch. Even the “app support” link on app page doesn’t load. That’s not even a joke. Big thanks. This is a great App. I use it to access my local authority library for audio books. Been working fine but suddenly stopped today. The title I’m part way through would not load. Delete and reload the App to no avail. Won’t even let me login - just says “there is no internet connection” . . Well there is, that’s how I’m writing this review. I’ve emailed the support team but waiting a response. ### 2/5 — Unstable *2026-05-02, version 8.4.3* I have been using this app for a long time and periodically it ‘misbehaves’. Ie won’t return an audiobook or similar. Today it won’t return an audiobook and won’t load the next one so I have deleted the app to reload and it won’t reload as it says that I have no internet connection. ### 1/5 — Poor collection *2026-04-27, version 8.4.3* 4 science fiction, 5 fantasy books.. none of which I recognise. Don’t know what the point of a library app with so few books in it ### 1/5 — Pin limitations *2026-04-23, version 8.4.2* Useless for me. I have a valid password for my main library account, but this app won’t accept it because it’s more than 10 characters long. That is ridiculous. A library app should not prevent users from logging in just because they use a proper secure password. Please fix this outdated limitation. ### 3/5 — Sleep function *2026-02-10, version 8.3.0* The sleep function currently abruptly cuts off the audio after the selected time. The app badly needs the functionality to gradually fade out the audio - as Audible, Borrowbox etc does - to allow the listener time to act to extend the sleep timer, if they wish. ### 5/5 — Really good app *2026-02-02, version 8.3.0* An efficient and reliable app. ### 3/5 — Books *2026-01-23, version 8.3.0* Never really had a problem with the App except this week. I contacted them and it was resolved in 24 hours.
