However, when I try to log in using the Uniteller mobile app that I already downloaded, it does not allow me to log in. When I enter my email and password on the app, it tells me that the information is already being used by another account. Because of this, I cannot access my account through the app. I am confused because I can log in normally through the browser, but not through the app. It also seems like the app is asking me to use an e-wallet, which I do not have and do not know how to use. Could you please help me understand why I cannot log in to the app and how I can fix this issue? They are unable to do money transfers and would be asking for your bank statements and self verification to return your money after they have used plaid authentication to run the transfer. And still they will not release my $100. This company never provided me with their bank statements and self verification when they too my money. These are criminals operating behind a company name. I am reporting them to BBB, FDIC, consumer protection agency, FBI, state and federal government, and White House. If you fall into their scheme, kindly make sure to have your lawyer draft you a powerful complaint letter and forward it to all these agencies and governmental bodies I mentioned. Next day, my account was still being verified? Okay. I resent verification docs, this time via email. Most of that day, it was still pending so I called. They said I needed to answer (3)questions: who I was sending to? Why? And for what? Which is ridiculous bc what do you care?! .. I waited yet another day, this time my payment was canceled. Since my money was already with ULink in “my e-wallet” I decided to try to send it once more, but to someone else VS. waiting for a refund. Mind you, I’m just trying to get the money to my family. I waited a whole another day. Then, I get ANOTHER email to verify my account. I called them and told them to just cancel everything and refund me my money. He said “okay, it’ll just take a few days to refund to your account”.. Fine. 3 DAYS PASS, STILL NO REFUND. I called and now he said, my account was suspended. So, NOW, he needs to ask higher up to reactivate it and wait for them to refund. THIS IS LUDACRIS!!!! I just want my money and now it’s basically out of my hands. I need that money! Will I ever get it? It’s been over a week. Idk what to do now. Also, customer service is horrible and I got hung up on multiple times! Just safe yourself the headache and don’t use this app!!!!! Stay away!!! Also, because ULink is like a bank. Meaning, once you open the app you have to transfer the money into that account before you can wire it to someone external.
