Most links tell you if you have an issue to report the transaction using the app…? So I called the number to speak to someone and it was a recorded message saying to report the transaction using the app…? Tried for a good 20 minutes but was left in a death loop and didn’t get anywhere. Quite alarming it’s that difficult and doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Completely useless bank *2026-04-03, version 7.64.0* Impossible FAQs. Chatbot Cora doesn’t understand plain English. Even easy things are difficult to do with Ulster Bank! Like change of address. My 1* review resulted I. A response that I should contact the chatbot. The chatbot (Cora) couldn’t tell me how to change my address before: that’s why I couldn’t change my address and gave Ulster Bank a 1* review. ### 1/5 — One of the most outdated Apps around *2026-04-02, version 7.64.0* Product: Saving Account The app is too restrictive for a saving account. It’s like 20 years ago where you have to call for almost anything. Transfers are capped in App. Info on saving account is inaccurate and out of date.
