To be honest, I am not sure whether this wallet benefits from these scams or not, but I find it very concerning. Their customer support simply told me, “Don’t entertain scammers,” which I found to be an awful and rude response. After that, I realised this wallet is not regulated by any United Kingdom financial authority, which makes it quite unreliable and suspicious in my opinion.
