You have to physically go to the store, accept the partial order, then process a return. Ulta Beauty is hitting the newest low right now in 2026 *2026-08-14, version 10.15.1* I joined Ulta in 2016. This July was my birthday and marked 10 years with them. My order arrived damaged. Birthday gift missing. One item refunded after multiple photos and multiple representatives. Another item from the same damaged order remained charged. The weirdest part was how little any of it seemed to matter. Ten years of loyalty and somehow the most memorable part was realizing Ulta just doesn’t feel special anymore. That’s unfortunate for a beauty company. Crediblity was only at Ulta for such limited time. i miss it. but even then, not really. ### 1/5 — App not loading *2026-08-13, version 10.15.1* I’m literally been trying to get on the Ulta app and it won’t even load. However, I was extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled today. And I did purchase something.. There was a tornado warning and severe weather outside, and we were simply trying to find a safe place to wait until the weather passed. I was shocked that Ulta did not allow us to remain inside the store for safety reasons. I completely understand that there are store policies and procedures, but in a situation involving potentially dangerous weather, I would have expected a little more compassion and concern for customers’ safety. The employees were kind, but the decision not to allow us to wait inside during a tornado warning left a very bad impression on me. Customer service is more than being friendly—it’s also about how you treat people when they are in a vulnerable or unexpected situation. I hope management will reconsider how situations like this are handled in the future.
