What a great idea! Use the inherently addictive nature of a smart phone to send GOOD MESSAGES and deliver uplifting  and beneficial content. 
We have seen the harm that negative content does to us. It’s time to capture this power for the good. 
I love that I can set up the frequency and focus of the postive messages, and even pick how much time I want to dedicate, per day. 
Brilliant app. Highly recommend it. Excited to see where we go with it!

An app designed with you in mind and your welfare, not a device designed to get you to spend your hard earned dollars.

I guess you could call this app an antidote to all those messages we’re bombarded with every day encouraging us to buy stuff we don’t need and eat food we should avoid or at least consume in moderation.

This app has helped me stay focused on what I need to do each day to feel successful and accomplished. The scheduling and customization options allow me to organize when a message should be provided and can even include a personalized message. 

I’m still playing with the features and look forward to future updates.

As of writing this review, this app is great at using notifications to help me with specific habits and behaviors I’m working on. There’s lots of customizations and the app is being updated regularly.
