Too many call failures and constantly slow. ### 1/5 — App and system glitchy *2025-06-27* Sometimes the app and phone system rings and sometimes it does not. We have a sales group set up where multiple phones ring at once. At times you can answer other times you cant we have tested where all who are in the sales que set the phones on a table some ring some do not sometime it rings and nobody can answer. Sometimes you answer and sometimes you cant. Its an absolute nightmare I do not recommend. ### 1/5 — Sound notification option not an option *2025-04-16* iOS: We recently moved from Nextiva to ULTATEL at my office. This interface seems better overall as far as being user friendly and text messages being functional. However, if you are set up on a multiple line system where you will receive a main line call on your cell phone, the sounds and notifications are not able to be muted unless you turn your phone on mute. Most, if not all apps in iOS, allow you to silence notifications. This app does not. Which is extremely annoying if you’re on an office line, or with a customer and cannot prevent these calls from ringing through. One ringtone, even though the app claims to give you options. No mute option, even though the app says you can silence notifications. This needs to be fixed immediately. ### 1/5 — App turns off speakers *2024-11-03* After making a call this app turns off my speakers making it almost impossible to hear an incoming call or any other alert on my phone such as calendar alerts and emails. I have to close the app to get my speakers to work again. ### 1/5 — Lags *2024-11-01* Might as well use dial up. App lags in and out and randomly either drops the call or just goes blank so you can’t hear the person on the other end or they can’t hear you. ### 1/5 — Absolutely HORRIBLE *2023-03-23* We used Clarity Connect until forced to change to Ultatel Hub in December 2022. Since then this app has been totally useless and unreliable . Freezes each time we get a call, unable to answer calls on the mobile app, the app continues to ring after the calls are answered on our desk phones. Doesn’t display the call history correctly. Won’t log out. We have to uninstall and reinstall the app to log out. Customer support has us uninstall and reinstall, then makes a test call that works and then closes the support ticket. Their last suggestion was to get rid of the IPhone and get an android. My solution is to find another phone company that will be reliable. ### 1/5 — Terrible for business *2023-01-09* App freezes every time someone calls. Does not track history of phone calls or sms efficiently. The old app was better. ### 2/5 — Calls not completing *2025-12-16* When business calls don’t go through and support offers no answers to the problem, one questions the integrity of the application. Many times I have to uninstall and reinstall to get chat and text capabilities back. ### 3/5 — It’s okay *2023-03-07* I think this is an improvement over the “Softphone” app however there is still work to be done. The app looks nice but performance isn’t so great.
