I’m new to the card hobby, and decided to try out a live break. I didn’t really understand all the rules and guidelines but I generally understood the basics. During the stream I asked what happens if you don’t get a hit from the team that you chose and Bryan responded very rude and rhetorically “well what does the product description say”? This was very annoying because I was asking a simple honest question, with no intent to offend anyone. You just lost yourself a customer.

Bryan is the the best around man. I have been breakjng with him back since 2011-2012 and he is funny, charasmatic, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers! As a part of the UBB family if you want a fun community, bang for your buck (the best deals IN THE WORLD) then join this you wont regret it. - Darkknight831
