The app itself is fine. Now I was charged twice and within seconds of noticing this both and raised a refund request and their support is saying they cannot refund. How they can’t refund when I have raised a refund request within seconds paying and not using their service! Total Scam! They are claiming their TOS covers no refund but their payment page don’t talk about non refund when paying! I noticed this charge in my account and asked for a refund on the day the charge was submitted and they treated me very poorly and refused my request. I understand the policy but I had been a paying subscription holder for 7 years and now I am having financial difficulties and they refuse to refund my money.
