Before that I purchased individual Apps. I started off with Lose Weight Now and Motivation for Exercise and lost a lot of weight and still walk every single day for at least 5kms. And I have kept my weight off. And just let me say, I am getting on in years. I use Ultimate Hypnosis every single day of my life, if not more than once a day. The recordings really work for me and Glenn’s voice is so soothing and calming. There are recordings for every possible difficulty you might have. Love, love, love it. I am so grateful that I am able to get a great nights sleep after listening to this. Glenn’s voice is so soothing. You won’t be disappointed. His recordings are excellent. I listen with and without earphones and it works great either way. They really put care into producing a quality meditation. During this month I have focused on both sleep and healthy eating as these are my two biggest challenges. I am definitely making progress with sleep but haven't yet broken through on healthy eating. Its not that I don't know what to do. It’s that I have yet to commit fully. I plan to kick off the New Year with a laser focus on my health. Healthy eating, which Glen’s recordings support and reinforce, will be listened to daily. Glenn’s voice is so calming, his amazing meditations they leave me speechless. When my husband transitioned suddenly 1.5 years ago I was devastated. At 81 he was always telling me he was living to 100 and I believed him. I was 75, the one challenged with loss of vision and Lyme disease. These meditations have guided me to believe I can heal myself with the connection to the Divine. These meditations have helped me to heal and navigate life’s challenges which I have learned are my lessons. I am blessed beyond words and so grateful. Glenn, you are a very old soul and I thank you for your wisdom, light and love! Your meditations, began a new journey that has blossomed and guided me to embrace my Souls purpose.
