I have honestly listened to this app every night for a week.  I wake up wanting to smoke more.  I have actually listened to the app during the day just to actually hear it and not be half asleep when I normally do.  Just listening to it makes me want to smoke.  So much for spending my iTunes Xmas cards on it.  Absolutely horrible.   The guy doing the so called hypnosis sounds like a sex predator.  Would love my money back.  Mark Patrick is a scam
