This was my go to app or RV Checklist. You used to have the opportunity to make separate lists that had headers, which is what I used for my packing list. (clothes, medication’s, specific items, etc ) I thought maybe if I paid for the subscription that feature would be in there, but it’s not. You call this an upgrade, I call it a huge fail. Upgrades mean BETTER features not going backwards. PLEASE BRING BACK ALL THE FEATURES YOU ISES TO HAVE. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-01-26, version 20.9.1* App doesn’t work, just bought and downloaded and when you click on what’s I guess a preloaded list it just goes black! Tried this one and my disappointment is that editing the items is clunky. If you just spell a word wrong, you have to delete the whole line and recreate it. Also there is no detail line. I loved that I could add small details or helpful info under the main checklist item. I’ll get used to this, but I wish the TOGO checklists were still available. It was the best all levels. So easy to update and use. Seamless. This app is hardly ultimate. It’s easier to just go by memory to be honest, but it’s the best one out there. ### 2/5 — Poor design *2023-02-05, version 20.9.1* I found this app to be very unintuitive and difficult to use. A simple word processor would be far easier. ### 2/5 — Beware *2021-11-24, version 20.9.1* You will spend a lot of time editing the list because the default list is missing crucial components. Then right before you’re done it will crash and you will lose all of your edits. ### 1/5 — Kinda lame for a paid app *2021-07-26* It’s just a screen with four items on it motorhome arrival motorhome departure towed arrival and toad departure you touch each one and there’s a checklist. That’s it. I think if they had not charged the app, no one would want to ever pay anything for a “pro” version. This would be like the free version where I would consider a pro version I have a little bit more in it like a place where you could enter info about the place where you’re staying. Disappointed - Pen and paper would work just as well. Are better. **Developer response:** There's a brand new version of this app available, built from the ground up by a solo developer doing his best to make something genuinely useful for RVers. The core departure and arrival checklists are completely free. If you're open to giving it another try, I'd really appreciate it. ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage *2021-06-25, version 20.9.1* One page app once you select arrival or departure, complete waste of time. ### 5/5 — The Last Rv Checklist you will need! *2020-06-08, version 3.0* The is my favorite packing list app for Off-road, RV, and trailering! The built-in list gave me some good ideas and they didn’t limit me to their list by editing. As a side note, I had an issue with my phone and they were responsive and helpful to get me back on track again. Recommended if you tow a Jeep or side by side. If you forgot it...you didn’t put it on the RV Checklist! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Wiped out my checklists *2026-07-24* I used this app almost since we started RVing. Now, we’re about to head out and I find that all my checklists are gone. I’m really frustrated. I spent a lot of time getting my lists the way I wanted. All that time and effort is wasted. A good app was ruined. ### 1/5 — Updates ruined this app *2026-07-02* I have been using this app for several years. I created multiple lists to help me during my travels. This app was updated, and hours of work were deleted and replaced with a useless generic app that is not intuitive nor helpful for my needs. ### 1/5 — Was great… not so much now *2026-06-26* Used this app for many years and recommended it to friends. Went into it last night to show it to another RV’er and saw that it was totally changed. I had multiple lists, such as “Departing Camp”, “Arrival at Camp”, “Drop at Storage”, etc. ow have to upgrade to Pro edition to have multiple lists. All of my prior entries were “recovered”, but into a single list, making them not usable. I will be exploring other apps now and will probably not pay to upgrade to get all the features I had and seem to be available elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Updated version unusable *2026-06-02* Used previous version of this app for 3 years as full time RVer and 4 years before that part time and with this most recent update it's been rendered unusable and not user friendly at all. Can't import your previous lists just a list of 350 items half of which Ive never used or created. Cant slide items in the order you want them in anymore. Cant make different sections in one list anymore. It also has a monthly fee option now too. I have recommended this app to many RVers over the years but this version is terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for your loyalty over the years — seven years of use and recommending the app to fellow RVers truly means the world to me. I'm sorry this update has been such a frustrating experience. Good news on the reordering — that fix is already done and will be in an update releasing in the next few days. Thanks for pointing that out. Also worth noting, the core departure and arrival checklists are completely free for everyone, with no subscription required. The full rebuild was unfortunately necessary because the previous version relied on technology Apple no longer supports. Easy to print out the lists too, if you like a paper list like I do. It’s the only one I use now. ### 5/5 — Now THIS is a checklist!! *2021-07-29* Great app! I downloaded this for its intended purpose, which is for RV checklists. It’s very good for that with its prebuilt lists and easy editing. Later, I started looking for a good general checklist app for other purposes. In my case, I needed pre-flight checklists for flying my drones. I think I’ve tried every checklist app in the App Store, and none of them was nearly as suitable as this one is. It’s a real checklist. It doesn’t try to be a GTD (getting things done) app. Seems that none of the other checklist apps really know what a checklist is. Specifically, I want to create multiple checklists that can be accessed through a directory page. I do not want to see all checklists on one screen. I don’t want the individual checklists cluttered with quantities or categories (as in a grocery checklist). I do not want them cluttered with due dates and priorities (like the GTD wannabes). I want to create a checklist that I then reuse over and over (not once like the grocery and GTD apps assume). I for sure don’t want the checklist to be editable on the fly (many alternative checklist apps make it easy to accidentally delete or change an item). I do not want nested items — real checklists just don’t work that way. This app is truly perfect in all respects as a straightforward checklist. I love the interface, the simple way to clear and reuse the list, the impossibility of me (or someone I delegate the check task to) to accidentally modify the list. I’m mystified why there doesn’t seem to be another pure checklist app in the store. The developer should be offering this as a generic checklist, not just for RVers. This is my first app review even though I’ve been using an iPhone every day since the very first release (2008?). This app is that good. ### 5/5 — Really Nice App! *2021-02-10* As a full-time RVer, I really like this app. It is more than a great beginning — it offers a nice, clear, and logically laid out interface with pre-built lists to get you started — and it allows you to customize those lists, as well. In my opinion, the next logical step would be real-time sharing of list status between two (or more) team members via a shared iCloud file. One thing I would like to see sooner, though, is resetting a list by a long tap and hold on the Completed Tasks heading. It was not intuitive to me that I would have to exit the list and access the list settings on main screen in order to reset the list. Once I figured it out, I can certainly live with it, but it just seems more intuitive (to me) to have the reset function accessible inside the list. ### 5/5 — Great app *2020-06-16* The app comes with great suggestions on set up and breakdown RV travel. You can then edit, add or remove steps in your process. Customization is key as we all have different gear and strategies.
