Everything seems to work ok but the resolution on the voltage measurement is quite poor...it typically over-reads by around 250mV (against my lab cal’d dvm). If the developer could add a calibrate function in the app ot would get 5 stars!!! The device doesn’t auto connect to Bluetooth for a good reason.... when connected it draws around 12mA from the battery, when not connected to Bluetooth this drops to around 2mA. So you don’t want it connected all the time like when you are in bed etc. Overall it is very good value for money, just a shame the accuracy is not a bit better. ### 1/5 — Password incorrect *2020-07-26, version 1.0.23* Product looks decent however customer service is shocking, rang the phone number 8 times and emailed the address you get with the product, absolutely no answer or help what so ever. Shame really. ### 3/5 — Works ok for voltage (but not ambient temperature) *2020-05-10, version 1.0.23* Voltage measurement is accurate and simple to use. The software has a bug for temperature measurement as it increases every second (I think they have an error is their code ... probably the formula they are using to calculate the average of a number of readings received in 1s) ### 1/5 — Requires a manual connection to the device *2019-11-24, version 1.0.22* I’m not quite sure what the point of this app is. The app will tell you if the battery is not looking so great...but it will only do this if you connect the app to the device manually every time you go near the car. It also seems to lose connection if you switch apps or randomly whilst driving. Why not make the Bluetooth device auto-connect?! Good idea...badly executed. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2019-11-20, version 1.0.22* App crashes as soon as you click on the icon to connect to the monitor. This makes it impossible to use the monitor or the app ### 5/5 — Password issue *2019-11-19, version 1.0.22* Update: I sent the developers an email and now have a valid password and device works as expected. Same issue as others, the password on the back of the device is not accepted. Potentially looks like a good bit of kit other wise. ### 1/5 — A load of rubbish *2019-11-17, version 1.0.22* Doesn’t work with the current IOS system, refuses to accept password at first, then the app just shuts itself down when you try to connect. £19.99 is a rip off! ### 1/5 — Password fault *2019-11-13, version 1.0.22* After inputting the S/N as the password it says incorrect password! Multiple tries.. I’m bringing it back as it’s now just a £10 1amp fuse ### 1/5 — Problem with Connect *2019-11-12, version 1.0.22* cannot connect to bluetooth, the device asks for the password, after entering the password, is message: incorrect password ( S/N= password) , iPhone xr ### 3/5 — Limited distance an issue. *2019-11-12, version 1.0.22* Firstly, it works fine to the point of displaying data from your battery (after realising you need to input the password on the back of the unit for it to connect via Bluetooth - tap top left of app on phone (icon looks like snapped phone) once done voila! But, there's always a but. It has a limited range. Our car is parked across from our house, ground floor with line of sight approx 4 cars away, if you had them end to end from our wall, but it cannot connect to our iPhone anymore. Unless your car is in a driveway or parked within approx 32ft (after reading up on Bluetooth...) and line of sight, it's probably going to be a hit or miss.
