I like how it gives you a suggested average for each country & how much tip for above or below average service. The UI could be improved to make navigating the app easier. Right now it kinda feels like an iOS 5 app.

The UI is indeed in need of an upgrade, so I did upgrade it, if all goes well it should be live in a couple of days.
