When I typed in the name of a retailer that I KNEW was in my plan it still returned nothing. Don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — OTC App *2025-02-28, version 1.2.0* I downloaded the App and immediately afterwards it took forever to browse the app. I gave the benefit of the doubt it was internet service, but it wasn’t. They do not have a face recognition. Half the time it says my user name isn’t correct. It’s a VERY frustrating app. Come on people it’s 2024. It looks like it was developed in the days initial release of the iPhone and never updated. After getting a little bit frustrated with the constant member ID rejections. I decided to call support. That process needs all the normally required Health plan account numbers, dob, email address, standard set of security questions, etc., and a user name & password.
