This app will help you with a range of areas which will help you reach your goal. 

By using this app you will have help with: 

- Accountability: check ins, to do lists and a diary will help you stay accountable and stay on track 
- Knowledge: learn from videos and a library of information, from how to perform certain exercises to topics such as nutrition
- Exercise technique guidance: have confidence in your technique by using the exercise library linked to your training log 
- Progressive exercises: Your workout logs show rest periods, sets, reps, advanced techniques, RIR and other information which you can compare each session
- Check in pictures and assessments: compare all your assessments side by side so you can stay on track 
- In app chat: help and guidance via the app chat 
- Forum topics: discuss tips, learn and socialise with a group of people who are on similar journeys to yourself
