It will reset to home and you have to start the workout again to get back to where you were. ### 2/5 — Locked out after renewal *2019-09-29* I will say that overall I like the workouts and had no issue using the app until I renewed my premium membership. I didn’t use it for a couple of weeks and the day I try to use it, I got logged out of my account. I've tried signing in to no avail and supposedly would be getting an email to reset my password. This is extremely disappointing because I paid for a full year and can’t even log on. The app itself doesn’t even contain an email for us to use to contact support which is ludicrous. I’ve tried to email to the only email I can find and have yet to get a response. I have emailed at least four times to this email and even tried another email I found which turned out to be a completely different company, but they responded to me within a day. I tried to click the app support and it only takes me to the website w the one and only email I can find and have tried to email. Has anyone else had this issue and can someone please help? I paid for a year and only was able to use it for about six months. I love the app and used it daily. This is the only issue I’ve had. I’d still be using it daily if I could get logged in. And no, I cannot reset my password. That’s the problem. It says it emails me, but I’ve gotten no email to reset my password. ### 1/5 — Can't get anything until you buy *2017-09-27* Lame, only way to get anytime my is to spend 7.99 a month. ### 1/5 — Look elsewhere *2017-07-14* This app is hugely bugged. And nearly all of the other apps are far superior. The price is not competitive with similar apps. I went through the initial 'walkthrough' of the app, when I was taken to the Meal Plan page the app got stuck and unresponsive. Restarted the app and the same again. This went on through 4 attempts when finally I was allowed to finish the walkthrough. The workout and meal plans take around an average of 3-6 seconds to load, they aren't cached it seems for your next visit and when you swipe to view the profile/support/logout page sometimes when you try to swipe back nothing happens. Meaning you have to restart the app. There is only 1 dedicated workout plan for free weights. Everything else is cables/machine based workouts. You're paying £10 a month for 14 different workout routines when quite honestly if the app was responsive and worked well I don't think that still justifies the price. Go elsewhere, I wish I had. ### 1/5 — Paying Customer *2016-05-27, version 2.2.1* By far, this is my favorite fitness app! I liked it so much I paid for the premium setup. However, when I pay for a service I expect it to work at all times! Your website is down and the app is no longer working. I think we all deserve some sort of notification on the status of the issue, especially, the customers paying for NOTHING right now.
