### 1/5 — Terribly vibe coded app

I really wanted to love this app. I have a 50-miler coming up in 75 days and the Runna app doesn’t account for ultras yet. 

I had high hopes for this app since it’s specific to Ultras. You can tell from the onset that it’s vibe coded. Whatever, I can get past that. Maybe the CONTENT is acceptable. It’s not. 

I went through the whole onboarding questionnaire, which seemed comprehensive. Then it took a few minutes to generate my training plan. 

It had me running 3x per week. 1 easy run of 6 miles. 1 hill training of 6 miles. 1 long run of 6 miles. 

Every subsequent week’s long run was 6 miles or less. THATS IT. Obviously not a well designed plan!!

Thinking it was an error, I attempted to delete my event. The app wouldn’t even delete the event! I couldn’t just try to re-add it and try to have it generate a new plan. 

The most BASIC functionality and you’re charging $15/mo? Try at least beta testing before going to market!

I used Ultra Plan for the 3 months leading up to the 70 mile Laurel Highlands Ultra in PA. It kept me focused on getting my miles and vert in each week and I enjoyed the motivation from the coaching component. I completed the race under right at my goal time of midnight. Super stoked with the result at this difficult Ultra!!!

### 5/5 — Great plan for my first 100 miler

I could only find a few 100 mile training plans online, and none of them made sense with my schedule. I tried this app and i like the plan a lot. The reminders every day are useful. And I have been asking the coach lots of questions
