The problem is I have just installed new a Wi-Fi router and I cannot see anywhere how I can change my lights over to a new Wi-Fi system without resetting them all. Had a few problems on setup and emailed Ultrabrite. Got a phone call back that very same afternoon. Excellent indeed. Turned out that the initial on/off routine needs to be done 5 or 6 times and not 3. That got the bulb flashing. Then setup was completed easily. Overall very good support and will be buying more of these bulbs as they don’t need a separate gateway such as required by Lidl bulbs.
