I tried resetting my password and creating new accounts and nothing worked:( ### 1/5 — Can't sign in *2016-05-08, version 1.0.7* Gets a connection error each time I try to sign in. ### 1/5 — Validation SNAFU *2016-04-23* Have pre-paid rentals that I cannot access. Apps (iPhone and Vizio) keep asking me to 're-validate' my email address by registering. When I do so, a registration error pops up saying that my "email address ALREADY exists." When I go to login, I enter the password -- I have the correct password, which doesn't work either -- and select 'forgot password' (to reset everything), I get an error message saying my email address DOES NOT exist. So frustrating. I've emailed customer service; not a peep in over a week. Every time I click play on a movie, the app crashes to the homescreen. I’ve reinstalled the app and rebooted. So I tried to sign in with my email that apparently already had an account, I get the same "can't connect" message. Frustrating! I gave up. ### 1/5 — awful customer service *2016-10-02, version 1.0.7* I bought 10 movie tickets for $29.00 and after using 3 of them I a @6.99 charge appread on my iTunes account (the normal cost of a rental) and now I nol onger have the option to use a ticket when accessing content. I sent a message to customer service reagidng the $6.99 charge and they never bothered to reply. I'm not going to bother with finding out where the tickets went since I see others have had the same non-responsiveness to queries. I'll just chalk it up as as $20 lesson. Steer clear of this shady app... ### 1/5 — App is frustrating joke, not sure how they make money... *2016-07-30* Go to create an account and it says there already is an account for my email address so next logical step is to login since I guess I had some account I didn't know about.
