I have to sit down for 40 minutes each time trying to make it work ### 2/5 — Dashboard Crash iOS *2024-12-13, version 1.1.5* Well for two years, the app worked great. Now I cannot access any of my lights and I don’t have a switch so no way to turn them on and off. Please fix! ### 1/5 — Cannot find ‘RGB Controller’ option to link device to wifi. I reconnected my Utralink Smart Home power bar to my network, connect my devices, turn it on and all seems good for about a min. And then everything turns off. Every. Single. Time. There is no way to set socket settings via software, unless that is what that useless broken “settings” button is for. The “back” button works about 10% of the time. Also, not HomeKit compatible. I would not recommend this device at all. Disappointing in every way. ### 3/5 — Could be better! *2020-03-30, version 1.0.7* Good. Says my wifi isn’t supported as the app only supports 2.4GHz wifi channels, so it won’t connect because my internet is apparently too good for this app. In addition, this surge protector runs VERY hot. App crashes when selecting the schedule option now and can’t properly test the connection to it. Last update was 6 months ago so they clearly don’t keep up with iOS updates. Overall not happy. Glad I got the light for free or I’d be returning it for how bad the app is. Also no communication once you report something or have a question. A simple power bar is desired, and I don’t appreciate that this thing has to have an app to set it up and be able to plot on a battery charger or a desk lamp or something. This power bar is not tended to be a permanent home fixture. The power bar has 4 sockets and 4 USB OUTLETS. AND what appears to be an on-off push button. I regret having purchased this useless power bar. ### 1/5 — Do not buy these products. *2024-08-15, version 1.1.5* they sell brighter LED bulbs at the dollar store do not waste your money I have 4 in one room. Also not user friendly, I see why brands like Philips hue are worth more money. Also ridiculous how hard it is trying to manage all your bulbs should be easy to sync all lights that are in one room so you can run different scenes. I spent two hours trying to set up the lights just for it to not work. It randomly disconnected and now it won’t connect back to my Wi-Fi. It took 2 hours of headaches to get the device connected to the app. Then trying to link it to Google Home (the whole point of the whole thing) - it won’t connect. I have a headache for the second time just trying to connect to wifi my 2 wifi bulbs. It’s garbage ! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2021-07-02, version 1.1.5* I will be removing this doorbell from my home and the app. I’m receiving a notification every 1 to 5 seconds (every time the wind blows) and after 2 1/2 days I have over 3,000 notifications in memory. AND THE WORST PART IS I CAN ONLY REMOVE 15 AT A TIME. WHO THE HELL DESIGNED THAT????? Also when notifications are off I don’t know someone is at the door because it doesn’t ring in the house.
