Worked fine until iOS updates a while back. But as I see this app hasn’t been updated for 2 years. 
App barely works now. 
My camera sits in a box in the cupboard now. 
Waste of money.

Really disappointed because they will only send notifications to my email, not directly to my phone. I contacted tech support about this and they were completely useless. They just told me to contact Apple as they think it’s a problem with my phone.

With the lack of support from the company and no updates to the app, these cameras have become useless. Notifications no longer work, recording is intermittent. App crashes when trying to go to full view. Just horrible, wish there was another app that would work with these cameras.

Thanks for updating the app to be junk. Fixed bugs is what it mentions. No, it changed the entire feel and function of the app, including the necessary use of your location. Love how it crashes during trying to view multiple cameras. Love how the client alerts always revert to mail. Nice the app finally complements your company’s customer service policy.   Fantastic way to make a mediocre product a worse product.

Hopelessly counterintuitive interface, dull sad graphics. I won this in a raffle, would not pay 5 bucks for another.

This app is good and I love the cameras, but when I installed a second camera that’s when I noticed that the notifications aren’t working.  I don’t want to call customer support as I have a hearing disorder but I can’t find anything online to find solve this.

My three cameras were working fine, then all went off line a couple weekend ago.  When I attempted to reinstall, I see a not that claims that the camera “temporarily “ do not support 5G. 

Any resolution?

My cameras all worked just fine until about six months ago. The recording is intermittent, there could be lots of motion and it does not detect the motion and record it at all times. I have high-speed Internet so it’s not the internets problem. I have changed Internet recently and the problem still remains the same. Have seven cameras and can’t count on any of them right at the moment to record.
