I downloaded the app and then open the app and it says no internet connection! Yet I just downloaded it from the internet!

Endlessly says, "not connected to the internet" even when it is connected. Doesn't work, can't see any information.

Got this app to track a family member running in a listed 50k: the Miwok. Totally useless. Contrary to the name of the app, it simply does not provide any tracking information. Race is more than half over and all fields are still blank. Problem is not connectivity, at least at my end. 
On top of this, the app provides no way to contact the provider to report problems or get help.

On opening it continually tells me there's no internet connection despite a strong wifi signal which seems to be perfectly fine to submit this review.

I'm on cellular LTE writing this review and sending the 0 star rating over a good internet connection...and the app is stuck on a screen that complains about having no internet connection and only allows quitting the app or redrawing the alert...never finding a connection I imagine. The app is remarkably free of features in this state. Does it work with Wifi any better?
