One month later TWO subscription payments were deducted on the same day and after 2 days, two emails and a far from useful conversation with the “chat” section on their page I’m yet to actually be contacted by a real human. This is Horrible customer service, if I can’t actually get in contact with a somebody I’m going to have to change my debit card to ensure the payments will not continue to be deducted from my accounts monthly without my authorisation. **Developer response:** Hello. Please reach out to our in-app customer support so we can resolve this issue for you. ### 1/5 — Tricheur *2024-12-16* Si je pouvais mettre -10 étoiles j’aurai mis, cette application ne condition pas correctement, cela fait plus mois, je suis entrée en contract avec l’agent et ce denier dénier revenir vers moi , ce puis mars 2024 nous sommes en décembre , tjrs pas de nouvelles, cela dit quand je l’ai contacté en décembre il m’a remboursé, néanmoins il a choisi la somme à rembourser, et non l’abonnement que j’ai payé de 129€, il me rembourse 117€ à la place , je lui explique que ce n’est pas correct , cela le fait rire… il tente de dire qu’il s’agit de la variation entre l’euro et le dollar sauf que non enfaite, en me remboursant sur PayPal il me fait payer des frais pour que je puisse recevoir mon remboursement, alors qu’il doit me rembourser ce qu’il me doit, d’ailleurs sur PayPal ceux sui paient les frais sont uniquement les professionnels il me semble et je n’en suis pas un , bref encore de la triche de sa part,,, très mauvaise expérience ### 1/5 — ☹️ *2024-08-14* Je suis vraiment très déçu, j’ai payer et sa ne fonctionne même pas correctement ! I used the desktop but to be honest the mobile app is just as good and I’ll probably just update my trades using the app. My only suggestion would be multiply strategy tag for each trades to analyse and ability to change password from my profile. Overall a great app. The free version does everything needed to start out.
