## What is UltraTrain?

UltraTrain is your personalized ultra trail running coach. Whether you're training for your first 50K or your next 100-miler, UltraTrain builds a complete training and nutrition plan tailored to your race.

PERSONALIZED TRAINING PLANS
Periodized plans built backwards from your A-race. Base, build, peak, and taper phases calibrated to your fitness level. Add B/C races as training milestones — the plan adapts automatically.

RACE NUTRITION STRATEGY
Calorie, hydration, and electrolyte plans based on your weight and race profile. Gut training reminders during long runs so you're ready on race day.

GPS RUN TRACKING
Track runs with live pace, distance, elevation, and heart rate. Auto-pause detection, post-run splits, elevation profiles, and HR zone analysis.

FINISH TIME PREDICTION
Effort-based estimates using your training data and race elevation profile. Three scenarios : optimistic, expected, conservative : with per-checkpoint splits that update as you get fitter.

FITNESS & TRAINING LOAD
Monitor weekly volume, elevation, and time. Track fitness, fatigue, and form trends with acute-to-chronic ratio alerts to prevent overtraining.

APPLE WATCH & WIDGETS
Standalone watch tracking with GPS and heart rate. Home screen widgets for your next session, race countdown, and weekly progress.

WORKS OFFLINE
All your data is stored locally. Train anywhere, no signal required.

UltraTrain Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription: Monthly (€14.99/month), Yearly (€49.99/year). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-17

- Smoother onboarding: create your account at the very end of setup, once you've already seen your training plan take shape, not before.
- Trail and ultra racers with less lead time before race day can now generate a plan that used to be blocked, with a clear heads-up if your prep window is tight.
- You can now subscribe to Premium from ultratrain.app too, at a lower price than the App Store.
- Cleaner Dashboard: the race countdown and next-session cards now keep a consistent look throughout your training, instead of shifting color with every phase.
- Various bug fixes and stability improvements.
