Too many steps, re-auth flows, etc. Profile picture required on first login, AFTER the user has already paid?! Screenshotted the error message I saw for that ridiculousness, and the app scolded me about screenshots - on my own user profile screen. Then I finally got to the actual app (not the onboarding) and was completely confused as to what I was looking at. A profile tab (with one post - despite the web site showing 5 apparent blurred posts on this profile), a people tab (I guess? Videos on the phone are way to small! The website directs me to the creator registration website, not the customer one. They knowingly lie and mislead people. They resell the same images over and over at higher prices lying about the content. When you ask for a refund they give a generic response. They also overcharge or will charge the same fees multiple times. But I was on my computer and they never said you had to download an app. So I can’t even access the creator‘s content off my computer. Finally I download the stupid app after paying the monthly fee and find out every single thing has to be unlocked for more money. They allow you to sign up for a subscription through 3rd party websites/links but to view any content you must download the app. The app doesn’t work though, it never loads (iPhone 15 iOS 27) so you can’t do anything you paid for.
