It worked seamlessly and provided information using GPS through my car speakers while driving and through my Bluetooth headphones when walking. Great value! ### 5/5 — Best self guided tour *2024-07-29* Loved this app, we used it for the 4 days in the national park. It really enhanced the drive out there plus the walks. The guy speaks so slowly you cannot listen to it while being at Uluru, I purchased an audio guide, not a yoga course. ### 1/5 — Nontransparent pricing! *2025-02-20* Pricing is not transparent. After $20 fee to download app, it wants another $13 for the audio guide. I believe those are USD prices. Absolutely inexcusable and reprehensible treatment of visitors to the national park. The app may work, I don’t know, but I’m not interested in finding out how much each 30-second soundbite will cost, and neither should anyone else. STAY AWAY. ### 2/5 — Did not function correctly *2025-07-24* Worked while driving to Kata Tjuṯa with some interesting facts. At Kara Tjuta I found some of the commentary out of context / uninteresting. The next day it did not work at Uluru at all despite starting/restarting. Could see my location correctly on the map but it would not trigger audio. Very frustrated. I was travelling around Australia in my 4WD and it made driving around Uluru so much more interesting. The stories and information were easy to follow and helped me understand the history and culture of the area a lot better. The app was simple to use and worked really well. I'd definitely recommend downloading it to use at Uluru. It made the experience much better. ### 5/5 — Awesome App *2026-08-01* The Uluru Audio Guide app was amazing! A fully guided tour around the ENTIRE Uluru Kata Tjuṯa national park for only $20!! I got to learn all about the history and culture whilst having the freedom to do my own thing! Super easy to use, just follow the prompts to get it started, then it’s fully GPS activated!
