### 1/5 — App is abandoned

*2019-06-10*

This app is awesome however I say that as a user from when this app was being updated. I wish someone else would take it over because it has seemingly been abandoned. No new cards have been added in a long time making the database useless for deck building. If you want to look up something as relatively new as Amonkhet you’ll be out of luck as it still hasn’t been added. Its an awesome app otherwise and again I wish someone else would take it over and keep it updated because the UI is fantastic and its sorting/organizing features are everything I want in this sort of MTG app. But at this point it has absolutely been abandoned and Im more then willing to give it another chance if it suddenly comes back to life but until that day happens I’m keeping this review.

### 5/5 — Great functionality

*2019-04-04*

This is a great app and I use it all the time to brainstorm decks and keep track of things I’m thinking of buying. This guy deserves five stars, because the design is really smooth. However, this guy needs to figure out some way to keep this thing going and find out how to update it more frequently and maintain it cause the set releases take over a month after their actual release dates to patch in and I’ve noticed that there used to be an Oath of Gatewatch set in here and it disappeared lol so while it’s an awesome app and this guy did a stellar job—upkeep is the only thing.

### 3/5 — It’s missing something

*2019-03-10*

First off it’s great. You can sort by cmc, rarity, set, color, card type it even has card prices. All that good stuff. The thing that is holding this back from being the best app is the lack of updates. Which when building any deck including a commander deck is kind of a big problem, not seeing all the options. It’s really annoying to try and remember to trim down the deck more than it feels like you should because you need to put in a couple cards from the most recent sets.

### 4/5 — Awesome App! Slow updates

*2019-01-30*

This is the best bang for your buck app I’ve found, with a one time payment that is relatively small you get access to a deck simulator and a smattering of deck stats. All relevant information is provided with helpful rulings on the cards as well as pricing and filters to find cards. However the updates are very sparse so there will be a backlog of sets you can’t build decks with, luckily I’m not a standard player but it is a big bummer to not be able to utilize the app to its fullest. It’s awesome and a great deal, if you are an eternal player then the delays will just be annoying but if you need to build and test decks with sets from the last year or so then you might not get a lot out of the app.

### 5/5 — Thank the Lord

*2018-07-24*

Ever since the creator of iMtG went off the deep end and made his app subscription-based, I have been searching for a viable replacement for ages. This app does a fantastic job of fulfilling all my Magic customization and deck exploration needs. My only gripe is the lack of card browsing options. You cannot customize how you view lists of searched cards on your screen, from what I can tell so far. Hopefully, the creator will add this feature soon. I always liked to browse card filters in rows of two, but frankly this app is great enough.

### 4/5 — Awesome app with one drawback.

*2018-05-27*

I so wanted to give this app 5 stars but I just can’t do it. Now this is just an actual review not some jab at the developer. So if you are looking for an app to reference cards and price look no further. I am easily able to navigate cards alphabetically, by set, by rarity by casting cost by oracle wording and so on and so on. I find this better than wizards card database. æ can be a pain to find the price for though because there is a miscommunication between the app and the website. The one problem that should be fixed to everyone’s benefit would be the timely release of new sets. Now this is only a problem because it is one man handling everything. That’s a lot to do just by yourself. Now once he gets around to releasing the new sets all becomes right in the world again with the app. That being said get this app. Pay for this app. Support this app in any way you can. Thank you.

### 4/5 — Simple, Easy, and All-Around Good

*2018-01-29*

This app is my main go-to for deck building, finding cards I can’t remember names of, or finding new ones. It has a precise filter system that even allows you to search for specific texts of a card, or specific artists. I recommend this to anyone looking for a new Deck-building app.

It does have some problems however. Firstly, there’s a significant time lapse between a set’s release and it’s appearance on the app. Some side sets (Vintage Masters, Archenemy Nicol Bolas, etc.) aren’t even listed. There’s a bug (or perhaps an oversight) that lists all cards from the Tarkir Block and Modern Masters sets as illegal in Modern. The app doesn’t include sideboard cards in the deck’s total price, and there is no filter for online-exclusive sets.

That aside, most problems are either nit-picks or minor inconveniences.

### 4/5 — Minor bugs, great for deck builds...

*2017-10-18*

Some minor bugs exist but all in all a great app for a free limited version. Still enough to build your decks digitally and check card prices all at once, although you could pay a few bucks and unlock more such as deck statistics and a few more useful tools. Not many MTG pricing apps on the App Store, this is my favorite so far and I've been searching for a couple years. This app is very useful for on the go deck-building! Give it a shot and don't forget to update your card database to get the most up-to-date information and newly release cards not automatically installed with the app.

### 2/5 — Amazing app, horrible dev communication and updating speed.

*2017-10-10*

This is one of the better magic deck building apps that there is and is also good for financing since you can track prices, but the painfully slow updating and little to no communication from devs on updating the app, and even putting the new sets into the app really hold its back. It's been almost a month since the newest magic set Ixalan released, and we still don't even have Hour of Devastation and Command 2017 in the app yet as well as a bug with Modern Masters 2017 that we still don't know if the devs will fix or even update since we haven't heard anything from them in two months.

### 2/5 — App support MIA?

*2017-06-23*

I have had the pro version for sometime now. Found a glitch that won't allow me to filter through a collection or deck. It all just disappears. This is a major one for me since I use this app to go through my cards quickly and efficiently rather than spending hours going through what I have and reading everything to find what I need. I wrote app support quite some time ago... not even a response. Come to find, last update was in 2015. Lasted me awhile I guess, just disappointed I boasted this app so much for it to not work now.

Previous review: This app has everything. Makes lists of your decks, collections, search by type, set, color, keyword, anything. You can check your mana curve. I LOVE this app so much I bought the pro version. I would like to see a life counter but no biggie.
